Week Six Summary – Run Goal – 01/06/19 – 01/12/19

I’m just done with it for a while, that’s all. It may be back, it may not, I’m just not sure. I love thinking about doing it and I used to love doing it.. not so much lately. I’m gonna lift for a while and do my cardio on the peleton, maybe when I’m not so fat I’ll get my groove back.
