Week Six Summary – Weight Goal – 01/06/19 – 01/12/19

Don’t get me wrong.. I love Tank Abbott.. but this is what I see when I look in the mirror right now. Now.. Tank is a killing machine.. I’m just a fat old guy with hidden muscle.

I gotta believe with that physique that Tank loves beer as much as I do.. and despite his desire to dominate in the octagon.. the desire for beer was stronger. Seems like I even remember him having a beer before a fight.

Maybe it was after.. Fosters.. good choice my man.

Anyway, I got to beat this thing. Starting tomorrow I’m counting calories.. which is really one of the things I hate most on the planet. I’ll be taking in about 220g of protein per day and about 40g of carbs.. and no god damn beer. There is one caveat .. the Chiefs made the AFC Championship this weekend. I will be drinking beer for that.

As I mentioned in my “I now hate running” post, I’m going to be getting my cardio via the peleton, 45 mins, 6 days a week. I should be creating a 2lb caloric deficit per week, and I should still have a low enough carb intake to be in ketosis. Either way, I don’t care, caloric deficits work.

P.S. If you read this Tank, don’t take it wrong, you really are the shit.
