Week Three Summary – Run Goal – 12/16/18 – 12/22/18

This run is embarrassing to post.. I used to run 10min miles on a good day and now it’s everything I can do to get one good 14min mile. Anyway, gotta start somewhere. There are a couple of pretty steep hills in the run below, but it’s really no excuse for that horrific time. I was thinking afterward though, I remember going by a rule the last time around that I’d pick up 1min in time for every 10lbs lost.

Week Three Summary – 1000lb Goal – 12/16/18 – 12/22/18

Bench: 235 – 5×5Squat: 255 – 5×5Deadlift: 245 – 1×5 Total: 735 Since I’ve been back into the 5×5 workouts, the squats have consistently worn my back out by the 5th set, to the point where I need to sit for a couple of minutes to keep from cramping up. That seems to have stopped this week. I noticed this after Friday’s squats and decided I’d load up the deadlifts a bit, we took a 10lb jump on Friday instead

Week Three Summary – IRA Goal – 12/16/18 – 12/22/18

Last week I setup these 3 objectives for the week: 1.) Understand the entry criteria for an iron butterfly. 2.) Finish education track #3 3.) Build something in XL for basic position tracking. I got buried in work this week and really didn’t get much done in terms of furthering education. Which means objective #1 and #2 didn’t happen. #3 didn’t happen either but not because I didn’t try. I ended up finding everything I needed inside of the TOS platform.

Week Three Summary – Weight Goal – 12/16/18 – 12/22/18

Yeah, so not a great week. I realized on Wednesday that by the time Christmas rolls around that I’d want to have some beer. So why not start early??
